Administration Gemach

Administration Gemach is a Windows desktop application for managing a Gemach (a community free-loan fund). It helps administrators keep records of loans, deposits and donations, and produce the related documents.Features

  • Send documents and reminders by email directly from the application

How the app uses your Google account

The application offers an optional "Sign in with Google" feature so that emails can be sent from the user's own Gmail account. For this it requests only the following permissions:

  • Send email on your behalf (gmail.send): used solely to send the emails that the user initiates from within the application.
  • Your primary Google Account email address (email, openid): used only to display which account is connected.

The application does not read, search or delete any emails. The sign-in token is stored only on the user's own computer, protected by Windows Credential Manager. No Google data is sent to or stored on any server operated by the developer, and no data is shared with third parties. The user can disconnect the account at any time from the application's settings, or revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.The use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

שימוש בחשבון Google

התוכנה מציעה אפשרות להתחבר עם Google, כדי לשלוח מיילים מחשבון ה-Gmail של המשתמש עצמו. לצורך כך היא מבקשת רק את ההרשאות הבאות:

  • שליחת מייל בשמך (gmail.send): משמשת אך ורק לשליחת מיילים שהמשתמש יזם מתוך התוכנה.
  • כתובת המייל הראשית של חשבון Google (email, openid): משמשת רק כדי להציג איזה חשבון מחובר.

התוכנה אינה קוראת, מחפשת או מוחקת מיילים. אסימון ההתחברות נשמר רק במחשב של המשתמש, ומוגן באמצעות Windows Credential Manager. שום מידע מ-Google אינו נשלח או נשמר בשרת של המפתח, ואינו משותף עם צדדים שלישיים. המשתמש יכול להתנתק בכל עת מהגדרות התוכנה, או לבטל את ההרשאה בכתובת myaccount.google.com/permissions.
